Ingredients
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup finely chopped dill pickles
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs (optional)
- Nonstick spray or parchment paper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, mix cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped pickles, garlic powder, and breadcrumbs until combined.
- Scoop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, until edges are golden and crispy.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing to allow them to firm up.
