Pretzel Christmas Trees are a fun, no-bake holiday treat made with pretzel sticks, melted white chocolate, and festive sprinkles. Easy to assemble and perfect for gifting or snacking, they bring festive cheer to any dessert table.
Ingredients
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 5–8 drops green food coloring
- 20 pretzel sticks
- Optional: holiday sprinkles for decorating
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and space pretzel sticks 1–1.5 inches apart.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth (about 1.5–2 minutes).
- Stir in green food coloring to desired shade.
- Transfer melted chocolate to a zip-top bag and snip a tiny corner.
- Pipe the chocolate in zigzag tree shapes over each pretzel stick, starting from the bottom up.
- Immediately decorate with sprinkles, if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 5–10 minutes, or until set. Carefully lift and serve.
Notes
- Use coconut oil to help chocolate melt smoothly and set with a glossy finish.
- Skip food coloring for white ‘snowy’ trees.
- Add fun toppings like nuts, glitter, or chocolate drizzle.
- Break pretzel sticks in half for mini tree versions.
