Description
Crispy, spicy buffalo cauliflower made in the air fryer for a quick and lighter appetizer or snack. It delivers bold flavor and satisfying crunch without deep frying.
Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and lightly charred on the edges.
- Serve immediately, optionally with dipping sauces or toppings like green onions or ranch.
Notes
- Add cornstarch before saucing for extra crispiness.
- Use honey buffalo or a mix of buffalo sauce and butter for a milder version.
- Frozen cauliflower should be thawed and patted dry before use.
- Top with ranch drizzle or chopped herbs for added flavor.
- Best served fresh, but reheats well in air fryer or oven.
