Description

Crispy, spicy buffalo cauliflower made in the air fryer for a quick and lighter appetizer or snack. It delivers bold flavor and satisfying crunch without deep frying.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
  4. Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and lightly charred on the edges.
  5. Serve immediately, optionally with dipping sauces or toppings like green onions or ranch.

Notes

  • Add cornstarch before saucing for extra crispiness.
  • Use honey buffalo or a mix of buffalo sauce and butter for a milder version.
  • Frozen cauliflower should be thawed and patted dry before use.
  • Top with ranch drizzle or chopped herbs for added flavor.
  • Best served fresh, but reheats well in air fryer or oven.
