Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 cup cold buttermilk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, stir together cold buttermilk and cooled melted butter.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix just until combined; dough should be slightly uneven and cold.
- Use an ice-cream scoop or spoon to drop dough onto baking sheet, spacing drops 1–2 inches apart.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until edges are golden.
