Description

Easy Crack Chicken Tenders — juicy chicken tenders coated with a creamy mayonnaise and Parmesan mixture, baked until golden-crisp for a quick, comforting, and flavorful meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or place a wire rack over a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and grated Parmesan until smooth.
  3. Arrange the chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
  4. Spread or brush the mayo–Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each tender.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the tenders are cooked through and golden.
  6. For extra crispiness, switch the oven to broil and broil for 2–3 minutes until the tops are lightly browned. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter coating, you can substitute Greek yogurt or sour cream for the mayonnaise.
  • Add seasonings like garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, Italian seasoning, or ranch seasoning to the mayo mixture for extra flavor.
  • If you don’t have chicken tenders, thin strips of chicken breast or thigh work too.
  • Use a wire rack so heat circulates and the coating stays crispy; broiling at the end gives a nice golden-brown finish.
