Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 12 Oreos, crushed (plus extra for topping)
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in chocolate chips until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk white sugar and brown sugar together.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and salt. Whisk until smooth and slightly fluffy. Stir in chocolate mixture.
- Sift in flour and cocoa powder. Gently fold until batter is smooth.
- Fold in crushed Oreos.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Pour batter into dish. Top with extra Oreos and chocolate chips.
- Bake 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool 20 minutes before slicing and serving.

- Swap regular Oreos with flavored ones (mint, golden, or seasonal).
- Use dark chocolate chips for richer brownies.
- Make gluten-free with a flour substitute.
