This Easy High-Protein Cottage Cheese Bark is a creamy, naturally sweet frozen snack that tastes like peanut butter banana cheesecake. Made with wholesome ingredients like cottage cheese, banana, and peanut butter, it’s freezer-friendly, protein-packed, and perfect for make-ahead snacking.
Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese (or low-fat)
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp peanut butter (or other nut/seed butter)
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- Toppings: mini chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, banana, peanut butter, and sweetener to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Line a small baking tray with parchment paper.
- Pour the blended mixture onto the tray and spread evenly to ¼–½ inch thick.
- Add desired toppings such as banana slices, chocolate chips, peanut butter swirls, and granola.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until completely solid.
- Remove from freezer, lift using parchment, and break into pieces.
- Store bark in a freezer-safe container or ziplock bag with parchment between layers.
Notes
- Add 1–2 tbsp cacao powder for a chocolate version.
