Ingredients
1 wheel brie cheese (8 oz)
1 fresh peach, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2–3 tbsp honey
Fresh thyme sprigs (optional, for garnish)
Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or place brie in a small oven-safe dish.
- Place brie on prepared surface. Arrange peach slices on top and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Drizzle generously with honey.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until brie is warm and gooey in the center.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh thyme if desired, and serve immediately with crackers or bread.

- Swap peaches for nectarines or plums when in season.
