Description

A quick and elegant summer appetizer featuring warm, gooey brie topped with fresh peaches, crunchy pecans, and a drizzle of honey, perfect for entertaining.

Ingredients

1 wheel brie cheese (8 oz)

1 fresh peach, thinly sliced

1/4 cup chopped pecans

23 tbsp honey

Fresh thyme sprigs (optional, for garnish)

Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or place brie in a small oven-safe dish.
  2. Place brie on prepared surface. Arrange peach slices on top and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  3. Drizzle generously with honey.
  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until brie is warm and gooey in the center.
  5. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh thyme if desired, and serve immediately with crackers or bread.

Notes

  • Swap peaches for nectarines or plums when in season.
  • Toast pecans before adding for extra crunch.
  • Replace honey with balsamic glaze for a tangy variation.
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon for a warm, spiced twist.
  • To make ahead, assemble and refrigerate for up to 4 hours before baking, adding 2 extra minutes to bake time.
