Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Spread thawed hash browns evenly in the baking dish. Layer sausage and bell peppers on top.
- Pour egg mixture evenly over the ingredients.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and add sliced green onions.
- Bake 40–45 minutes, until eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
