Description

Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread thawed hash browns evenly in the baking dish. Layer sausage and bell peppers on top.
  4. Pour egg mixture evenly over the ingredients.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and add sliced green onions.
  6. Bake 40–45 minutes, until eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
