Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 egg yolks, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Valentine-themed sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup M&M-style candies
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, dark brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in egg yolks and vanilla extract until smooth.
