Description
A quick, refreshing Frozen Rosé Slush (Frosé) made with crisp rosé wine, frozen fruit, lime juice, and a touch of sweetness. Perfect for summer gatherings, ready in just 5 minutes.
Ingredients
1 bottle (750 ml) rosé wine (darker-hued variety like Syrah or Grenache blend)
2 cups frozen strawberries
2 cups frozen watermelon
3 tbsp lime juice
3 tbsp agave syrup (or honey/simple syrup, to taste)
Instructions
- Add rosé wine, frozen strawberries, frozen watermelon, lime juice, and agave syrup to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and thick.
- Serve immediately in chilled glasses, garnished with lime wedges or fresh strawberries if desired.
Notes
- Adjust thickness by adding more frozen fruit for a thicker slush, or more rosé for a thinner texture.
- Swap fruits—try mango-watermelon or peach-raspberry combinations.
- Add vodka or tequila for an extra kick.
- For make-ahead, freeze blended mixture in ice cube trays and re-blend before serving.
- Use a bold, full-flavored rosé for best results.
