Description

A quick, refreshing Frozen Rosé Slush (Frosé) made with crisp rosé wine, frozen fruit, lime juice, and a touch of sweetness. Perfect for summer gatherings, ready in just 5 minutes.

Ingredients

1 bottle (750 ml) rosé wine (darker-hued variety like Syrah or Grenache blend)

2 cups frozen strawberries

2 cups frozen watermelon

3 tbsp lime juice

3 tbsp agave syrup (or honey/simple syrup, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add rosé wine, frozen strawberries, frozen watermelon, lime juice, and agave syrup to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and thick.
  3. Serve immediately in chilled glasses, garnished with lime wedges or fresh strawberries if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust thickness by adding more frozen fruit for a thicker slush, or more rosé for a thinner texture.
  • Swap fruits—try mango-watermelon or peach-raspberry combinations.
  • Add vodka or tequila for an extra kick.
  • For make-ahead, freeze blended mixture in ice cube trays and re-blend before serving.
  • Use a bold, full-flavored rosé for best results.
