Description

A quick and refreshing layered parfait made with creamy Greek yogurt, fresh mixed berries, crunchy granola, and a touch of honey. Perfect for a healthy breakfast, snack, or light dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or plant-based vanilla yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup granola (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the berries and mint. Slice the strawberries.
  2. In two jars or bowls, layer half of the berries.
  3. Spoon half the yogurt over the berries. Mix in honey if using.
  4. Add a layer of granola if desired.
  5. Repeat with remaining berries, yogurt, and granola.
  6. Garnish with mint and serve immediately or refrigerate.

Notes

  • Swap berries for peaches, mango, or kiwi as desired.
  • Use plain yogurt and sweeten to taste.
  • Choose coconut or almond yogurt for a dairy-free version.
  • Add nuts, seeds, or chia for extra nutrition and texture.
  • For a dessert twist, use frozen yogurt and serve right away.
