Description
A quick and refreshing layered parfait made with creamy Greek yogurt, fresh mixed berries, crunchy granola, and a touch of honey. Perfect for a healthy breakfast, snack, or light dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or plant-based vanilla yogurt)
- 1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup granola (optional)
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 2 sprigs fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the berries and mint. Slice the strawberries.
- In two jars or bowls, layer half of the berries.
- Spoon half the yogurt over the berries. Mix in honey if using.
- Add a layer of granola if desired.
- Repeat with remaining berries, yogurt, and granola.
- Garnish with mint and serve immediately or refrigerate.
