Ingredients

- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup kiwi slices
- 1/2 cup mandarin orange segments
- 1/2 cup raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients to form a soft dough.
- Scoop dough into balls, flatten into thick discs, and place on baking sheets with space between each.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are set and centers remain soft. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy.
- Spread frosting over cooled cookies.
- Top with fresh fruit, arranging as desired. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
