Gamora’s Deadliest Woman Green Smoothie is a vibrant, energizing blend of spinach, banana, apple, chia seeds, almond milk, and peanut butter. It’s creamy, naturally sweet, and packed with nutrients—ready in just 5 minutes for a superhero-worthy start to the day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach, rinsed
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or plant-based milk of choice)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (or almond/sunflower seed butter)
  • Optional sweetener: honey or maple syrup, to taste
  • Optional garnish: extra chia seeds or apple slice

Instructions

  1. Rinse spinach, slice banana, and core/chop apple.
  2. Add spinach, banana, apple, and chia seeds to blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth and bright green.
  3. Pour in almond milk and add peanut butter. Blend another 30 seconds until creamy and frothy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if desired; pulse to combine.
  5. Pour into glasses, garnish with chia seeds or apple slice, and serve immediately.
