Ingredients
- 1 large baguette (about 12 inches / 30 cm long)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened (113 g)
- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (170 g)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (60 g)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (20 g)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and place cut-side up on the baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Spread the garlic butter evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over both halves, followed by cheddar and Parmesan.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden top, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
