Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1½ lb baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley or Italian seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Optional vegetables: green beans, bell peppers, or zucchini
Instructions
- Boil baby potatoes in salted water until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Lightly season shrimp and chill until ready.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Add cooked potatoes and optional vegetables to the skillet. Stir to coat in garlic butter.
- Return steak bites to the pan. Sprinkle with dried parsley or Italian seasoning.
- Toss everything gently until well combined and heated through. Serve warm.
