Description

This garlic butter shrimp and steak bites with veggie potatoes recipe combines tender steak, juicy shrimp, and seasoned baby potatoes all cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce. It’s a hearty, flavorful one-pan meal that’s perfect for both busy weeknights and special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley or Italian seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Optional vegetables: green beans, bell peppers, or zucchini

Instructions

  1. Boil baby potatoes in salted water until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Lightly season shrimp and chill until ready.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add shrimp and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  6. Add cooked potatoes and optional vegetables to the skillet. Stir to coat in garlic butter.
  7. Return steak bites to the pan. Sprinkle with dried parsley or Italian seasoning.
  8. Toss everything gently until well combined and heated through. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use ribeye for extra richness.
  • Add broccoli or asparagus for more veggies.
  • Spice it up with red pepper flakes or hot sauce.
  • Serve over rice or pasta instead of potatoes for variety.
  • Reheat gently in a skillet to maintain texture.
