Ingredients
- 5 Italian bread boules
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 pound spaghetti noodles
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 3 cups pasta sauce (24 ounces)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sauté diced onion until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned and no longer pink. Stir in minced garlic and cook briefly.
- Drain excess grease, then season with Italian seasoning, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add pasta sauce and stir to combine. Toss in the cooked spaghetti and mix until evenly coated.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut a circle out of the top of each bread boule and hollow out the center, leaving a sturdy shell.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush mixture over the inside and edges of the bread bowls.
- Fill each bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges of the bowls are golden and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
