Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious handheld twist on a classic cheeseburger—featuring juicy beef, melty cheese, and garlicky biscuit dough baked to golden perfection. Perfect for dinner, game day, or party snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in cream cheese and shredded cheddar until melted and well mixed. Let cool slightly.
  4. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a circle.
  5. Place a spoonful of beef mixture into the center of each biscuit. Fold and pinch to seal into a ball.
  6. Mix melted butter and grated Parmesan in a small bowl. Brush tops of dough balls with garlic-Parmesan butter.
  7. Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill the biscuits—seal edges well to avoid leaks.
  • For extra flavor, add diced onion, jalapeños, or mushrooms to the beef mixture.
  • Swap cheddar for other cheeses like pepper-jack for a spicy kick.
  • Use pizza dough or puff pastry as an alternative to biscuit dough.
  • Freeze baked bombs for up to 3 months; reheat in the oven until warmed through.
