Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and chop vegetables into evenly sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss vegetables with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme until well coated.
