Ingredients
- 500 g chicken tenders or chicken breast strips
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, yogurt, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Mix well.
- Add chicken tenders and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2–4 hours.
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Remove chicken from marinade and let excess drip off.
- Grill chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until lightly charred and fully cooked (internal temperature 75°C).
- Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately with your preferred sides.

- Yogurt helps tenderize the chicken but can be omitted if needed.
- Use fresh herbs instead of dried for a brighter flavor.
