Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp dried oregano (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chicken tenders in a bowl or resealable bag.
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken and mix to coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the fridge.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken tenders for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Let rest a few minutes before serving.

- Use chicken thighs or breasts cut into strips as an alternative.
- Add chopped fresh herbs (like parsley or dill) for added freshness.
