Description
Crispy golden chicken wraps filled with creamy garlic chicken and melted cheeses, brushed with garlic butter and toasted until perfectly crunchy.
Ingredients
- 3.5 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/3 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine the cooked shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, and mayonnaise.
- Add the minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley and mix until creamy and well combined.
- Lay the tortillas flat and divide the chicken mixture evenly across the center of each tortilla.
- Fold the sides inward and roll tightly to form wraps.
- In a small bowl mix melted butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and brush the wraps lightly with the garlic butter.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
- Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy and the cheese inside is melted.
- Remove from the skillet and slice in half if desired.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Rotisserie chicken works well and saves preparation time.
- Place wraps seam-side down first to seal them while cooking.
- Monterey Jack or provolone can replace mozzarella for different flavor.
- Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 6–8 minutes for a crisp alternative.
- Add jalapeños or chili flakes for extra heat.
