Description

Crispy golden chicken wraps filled with creamy garlic chicken and melted cheeses, brushed with garlic butter and toasted until perfectly crunchy.

Ingredients

  • 3.5 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine the cooked shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, and mayonnaise.
  2. Add the minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley and mix until creamy and well combined.
  3. Lay the tortillas flat and divide the chicken mixture evenly across the center of each tortilla.
  4. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly to form wraps.
  5. In a small bowl mix melted butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and brush the wraps lightly with the garlic butter.
  7. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
  8. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy and the cheese inside is melted.
  9. Remove from the skillet and slice in half if desired.
  10. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Rotisserie chicken works well and saves preparation time.
  • Place wraps seam-side down first to seal them while cooking.
  • Monterey Jack or provolone can replace mozzarella for different flavor.
  • Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 6–8 minutes for a crisp alternative.
  • Add jalapeños or chili flakes for extra heat.
