Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas (8-inch)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil for toasting

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix until well blended.
  2. Add minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Stir until evenly combined.
  3. Lay tortillas flat and divide the filling evenly among them, placing it in the center.
  4. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up to form wraps.
  5. Heat butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.
