Description
Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are bite-sized pockets of seasoned ground beef and melted cheese wrapped in soft dough, brushed with garlic butter, and topped with Parmesan. Golden on the outside and juicy inside, they’re perfect for parties, snacks, or a fun family meal.
Ingredients
- 450 g (1 pound) ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup (120 g) shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 can (16 ounces / 450 g) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup (25 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 4-inch circle.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of beef mixture in the center of each dough circle and top with 1–2 tablespoons shredded cheese.
- Fold dough edges over filling, pinching tightly to seal and form a ball.
- Place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush tops generously with garlic butter.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan evenly over each bomb.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- Seal dough tightly to prevent filling from leaking.
- Allow beef to cool slightly before filling to avoid softening the dough.
- Reheat in oven for best texture.
- Can be assembled ahead and refrigerated before baking.
- Freeze baked bombs for up to 2 months.
