Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup mango juice or cold water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons chamoy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder or Tajín seasoning
- 1 tablespoon sugar or honey (optional)
- 1 tamarind candy straw (optional)
Instructions
- Add frozen mango chunks, ice cubes, mango juice, and lime juice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and thick, like a slushy.
- Taste and add sugar or honey if needed, then blend briefly again.
- Drizzle about 1 tablespoon of chamoy sauce inside a tall glass.
- Pour half of the mango mixture into the glass.
- Add a small drizzle of chamoy, then pour the remaining mango mixture.
- Top with the remaining chamoy sauce and sprinkle chili powder evenly.
- Insert a tamarind candy straw if desired and serve immediately.
