Description

A refreshing frozen mango drink layered with chamoy sauce and chili seasoning, delivering a bold mix of sweet, tangy, spicy, and slightly salty flavors.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup mango juice or cold water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons chamoy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder or Tajín seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or honey (optional)
  • 1 tamarind candy straw (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add frozen mango chunks, ice cubes, mango juice, and lime juice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and thick, like a slushy.
  3. Taste and add sugar or honey if needed, then blend briefly again.
  4. Drizzle about 1 tablespoon of chamoy sauce inside a tall glass.
  5. Pour half of the mango mixture into the glass.
  6. Add a small drizzle of chamoy, then pour the remaining mango mixture.
  7. Top with the remaining chamoy sauce and sprinkle chili powder evenly.
  8. Insert a tamarind candy straw if desired and serve immediately.
