Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup (90 g) sugar-free dark chocolate chips (divided)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 12 tablespoons powdered sugar-free sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over low-medium heat, warm heavy cream and butter until melted and slightly steaming (do not boil).
  2. Remove from heat and add 3/4 of the chocolate chips. Let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until fully combined.
  4. Fold in remaining chocolate chips for texture.
  5. Line a small pan with parchment paper and pour in the mixture.
  6. Spread evenly and tap gently to remove air bubbles.
  7. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
  8. Remove from pan and cut into 12 squares.
  9. Serve chilled or slightly softened.
