Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream
- 1/2 cup (90 g) sugar-free dark chocolate chips (divided)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1–2 tablespoons powdered sugar-free sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan over low-medium heat, warm heavy cream and butter until melted and slightly steaming (do not boil).
- Remove from heat and add 3/4 of the chocolate chips. Let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
- Add powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until fully combined.
- Fold in remaining chocolate chips for texture.
- Line a small pan with parchment paper and pour in the mixture.
- Spread evenly and tap gently to remove air bubbles.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Remove from pan and cut into 12 squares.
- Serve chilled or slightly softened.
