Description

This Holiday Spiced S’mores Dip combines melted chocolate and toasted marshmallows with warm spices for a cozy, campfire-style dessert you can make indoors. It’s quick, festive, and perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk or semisweet chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate bars)
  • 2 cups mini or regular marshmallows
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Optional: pinch of chili powder or ground ginger
  • Optional: pinch of sea salt
  • Dippers: graham crackers, cookies, fruit slices, pretzels, biscotti

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven or broiler to medium heat (about 375°F / 190°C).
  2. Spread chocolate evenly in an oven-safe skillet or small baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg, and optional spices and salt over the chocolate.
  4. Top with marshmallows in a single even layer.
  5. Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until marshmallows are puffed and golden and chocolate is melted. Watch closely to prevent burning.
  6. Let cool for 1 minute, then serve warm with your favorite dippers.

Notes

  • Add a drizzle of caramel or sprinkle of nuts before baking for extra flavor.
  • Use dark chocolate for a less sweet, richer dip.
