Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 7 cups freshly popped popcorn (unpopped kernels removed)
- 50 regular-size marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 scoop cake batter protein powder (optional)
- 1/4 cup funfetti sprinkles
- Optional: melted white chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
- Pop the popcorn using your preferred method and measure out 7 cups. Remove any unpopped kernels.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and protein powder (if using).
- Pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn in a large mixing bowl and stir gently to coat evenly.
- Add funfetti sprinkles and stir briefly to distribute.
- Press the mixture into a parchment-lined baking dish using greased hands or a spatula.
