Description

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts

4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

2 tablespoons honey

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons flour


Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts horizontally into cutlets, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper. Lightly dust with flour.
  2. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F. Remove and set aside.
  3. Reduce heat, add remaining butter, and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in soy sauce, scraping up browned bits, then whisk in honey. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer 2-3 minutes to absorb flavor.
  6. Serve hot with sauce over each piece.
