Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken breast, thinly sliced (about 450 g)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced (about 3 cloves)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 large bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, black pepper, cornstarch, and water until smooth.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

- Add extra cornstarch slurry for a thicker sauce if desired.
- Use tamari for a gluten-free option.
- Store refrigerated up to 3 days.
- Add a splash of water when reheating if sauce thickens.
