Description

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup honey

3 tablespoons soy sauce

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and apple cider vinegar to make the sauce.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked through.
  5. Pour honey garlic sauce into the skillet and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
