Description

This non-alcoholic Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini blends rich espresso, creamy pumpkin puree, and cozy fall spices into a smooth, seasonal drink. It’s quick to shake up and perfect for festive gatherings or cozy evenings.


Ingredients

  • 1 shot (1 oz) fresh espresso
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Pinch of pumpkin spice, for topping

Instructions

  1. Brew a fresh shot of espresso and let it cool slightly.
  2. Add espresso, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice syrup, and maple syrup (if using) to a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add ice cubes and seal tightly.
  4. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled and frothy.
  5. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of pumpkin spice on top and serve immediately.
