This non-alcoholic Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini blends rich espresso, creamy pumpkin puree, and cozy fall spices into a smooth, seasonal drink. It’s quick to shake up and perfect for festive gatherings or cozy evenings.
Ingredients
- 1 shot (1 oz) fresh espresso
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice syrup
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Pinch of pumpkin spice, for topping
Instructions
- Brew a fresh shot of espresso and let it cool slightly.
- Add espresso, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice syrup, and maple syrup (if using) to a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice cubes and seal tightly.
- Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled and frothy.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Sprinkle a pinch of pumpkin spice on top and serve immediately.
