Ingredients
- 36 Oreo cookies, crushed into crumbs

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), divided
- 3 cups cold milk
- 2 boxes (3 oz each) vanilla instant pudding mix
- Food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
- Combine crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread over crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until thick. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping. Add food coloring to any layer if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 to 4 hours, or overnight, to set.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
