Description

This Layered Lush Dessert is a no-bake crowd-pleaser with a buttery cookie crust, smooth cream cheese layer, creamy pudding, and fluffy whipped topping. It’s easy to make, perfect for gatherings, and chills beautifully for a cool, satisfying treat.


Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies, crushed into crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), divided
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 boxes (3 oz each) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • Food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  2. Combine crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread over crust.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until thick. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Top with remaining whipped topping. Add food coloring to any layer if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 to 4 hours, or overnight, to set.
  7. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
