Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan.
  2. Place the chicken breasts between sheets of parchment paper and gently pound to an even thickness.
  3. Season both sides of the chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
