Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan.
