Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup unsweetened plant milk (almond, coconut, or oat)
- ⅓ cup fresh or frozen mango, diced
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of black pepper
- Optional: 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey

Instructions
- In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, plant milk, chia seeds, ground turmeric, black pepper, vanilla extract, and sweetener if using.
