Ingredients
4 slices bacon
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk
1 large egg
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place bacon on a foil-lined baking sheet with a rack and bake until crispy, about 15 minutes. Cool and chop into small pieces.
