Description
This Maple Pecan Pie Latte is a creamy and indulgent cold coffee drink made with maple syrup, toasted pecans, espresso, and milk. Naturally sweetened and warmly spiced, it’s perfect for cozy mornings or refreshing coffee breaks.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons pecan halves
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1–2 shots prepared espresso or strong coffee
Instructions
- Add maple syrup, pecans, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to a blender. Blend until smooth and the pecans are fully broken down.
- Pour in the milk and blend again until the mixture is creamy and lightly frothy.
- For a cold latte: Fill a glass with ice, add espresso or coffee, and pour the maple pecan milk mixture over it. Stir gently.
- For a warm latte: Add the coffee to a mug and stir in the maple pecan milk mixture. Heat gently if desired.
Notes
- Add a pinch of nutmeg or pumpkin spice for a seasonal twist.
- Use oat milk or whole milk for extra creaminess.
- Prepare the maple pecan milk mixture in advance and store for up to 3 days.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
