Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits (about 8 pieces)
- 1 jar pasta sauce (24 oz / 650 ml)
- 1 package frozen cooked meatballs (about 32 meatballs)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- Cut each refrigerated biscuit into quarters and spread evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Arrange the frozen cooked meatballs evenly over the biscuit pieces.
- Pour the pasta sauce over the meatballs and biscuits, ensuring everything is well coated.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper evenly over the top.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until biscuits are cooked through and cheese is melted and golden. Cover loosely with foil halfway if needed.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- No need to thaw frozen meatballs before baking.
