Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 Milky Way caramel chocolate bars, chopped
  • 1/3 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and glossy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  6. Reserve about 1 cup of the brownie batter and set it aside.
  7. Spread the remaining brownie batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  8. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  9. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
  10. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the brownie layer.
  11. Drop spoonfuls of the reserved brownie batter over the cheesecake layer and gently swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  12. Sprinkle the chopped Milky Way caramel chocolate bars evenly across the top.
  13. Drizzle caramel sauce over the brownies.
  14. Bake for 35–40 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly firm.
