Description

This M&M’s Ferrero Oreo Roll Cake combines a soft cocoa sponge cake with a whipped cream filling loaded with crushed Oreos, Ferrero chocolates, and colorful M&M’s. Fun, festive, and perfect for parties!


Ingredients

For the cake:

  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

For the filling and topping:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 10 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 6 Ferrero chocolates, chopped
  • 1/2 cup M&M’s candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat eggs and granulated sugar until pale and thick. Mix in oil and vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold dry ingredients into the egg mixture.
  4. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until cake springs back when lightly touched.
  5. While warm, carefully roll the cake up with the parchment paper and let cool completely.
  6. Whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  7. Unroll the cooled cake, spread the whipped cream evenly, and sprinkle crushed Oreos, Ferrero pieces, and M&M’s.
  8. Roll the cake back up, place seam-side down, and chill for 30 minutes before slicing.
