Description
This M&M’s Ferrero Oreo Roll Cake combines a soft cocoa sponge cake with a whipped cream filling loaded with crushed Oreos, Ferrero chocolates, and colorful M&M’s. Fun, festive, and perfect for parties!
Ingredients
For the cake:
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
For the filling and topping:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 10 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 6 Ferrero chocolates, chopped
- 1/2 cup M&M’s candies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs and granulated sugar until pale and thick. Mix in oil and vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold dry ingredients into the egg mixture.
- Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until cake springs back when lightly touched.
- While warm, carefully roll the cake up with the parchment paper and let cool completely.
- Whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Unroll the cooled cake, spread the whipped cream evenly, and sprinkle crushed Oreos, Ferrero pieces, and M&M’s.
- Roll the cake back up, place seam-side down, and chill for 30 minutes before slicing.

- Roll the cake while warm to avoid cracks.

- Serve chilled for best texture.
- Decorate the top with extra candies or a dusting of powdered sugar if desired.
