Description
This no-bake chocolate peanut butter pie features a buttery graham cracker crust, a creamy peanut butter filling, and a glossy chocolate topping. It’s rich, indulgent, and incredibly easy to make—no oven needed!
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 0.5 cup heavy cream (for chocolate topping)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Refrigerate.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, and beat until fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the peanut butter mixture.
- Spoon the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate while preparing the topping.
- Heat 0.5 cup heavy cream until steaming and pour over chocolate chips. Let sit 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
- Cool the chocolate slightly, then pour over the pie and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. Slice and serve.
Notes
- Chill the pie for the full 4 hours for best results.
- Use stabilized creamy peanut butter for optimal texture.
- Dark chocolate chips can be used for a richer flavor.
- Top with chopped peanuts or chocolate shavings for garnish.
