Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until texture resembles wet sand. Press firmly into a 9-inch tart pan, including sides. Refrigerate 30 minutes to set.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until creamy.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in fresh lemon juice and lemon zest.
- Pour lemon cream filling into chilled crust, smoothing evenly. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, top tart with mixed fresh berries arranged as desired.
