Ingredients
- 13.29 ounces Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups dark or milk chocolate melting wafers
- 1½ cups white chocolate melting wafers
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin and sealed bag.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese and vanilla extract until fully combined and smooth.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls. Place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Chill the Oreo balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the chocolate wafers according to package instructions.
- Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and return to the lined sheet.
- Repeat with dark, milk, or white chocolate as desired. Let the chocolate set completely before serving or storing.
Notes
- Use different Oreo flavors like mint or golden for variety.
- Decorate with sprinkles, crushed peppermint, or a drizzle of contrasting chocolate.
- Ensure the balls are well chilled before dipping to help the chocolate coating set properly.
