Description

A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake layered with a buttery chocolate biscuit crust, filled with smooth cream cheese and whipped cream, and studded with caramel chocolate pieces for a decadent dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed chocolate graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 2 blocks (450 g total) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped Twix-style chocolate bars
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache or melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed chocolate graham crackers with melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form an even crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined and fluffy.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to keep it light and airy.
  7. Fold in the chopped chocolate bars evenly throughout the filling.
  8. Spoon the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  9. Drizzle caramel sauce over the filling and swirl lightly with a knife.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until fully set.
  11. Before serving, drizzle chocolate ganache on top and garnish with additional chopped chocolate bars if desired.
  12. Slice and serve chilled.
