Ingredients
- For the crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- For the filling:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping, thawed
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until moistened.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter and mix until creamy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and blend in vanilla and milk until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy. Do not overmix.
- Spoon the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
