Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • For the filling:
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until moistened.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter and mix until creamy.
  4. Gradually add powdered sugar and blend in vanilla and milk until smooth.
  5. Gently fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy. Do not overmix.
