  • 1 ½ cups water or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese or sour cream (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat butter or olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add dry pasta, milk, water or broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
