Ingredients
- 3 cups (600g) granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 package white chocolate chips
- 1 jar marshmallow creme (fluff)
- 3 teaspoons pure orange extract
- Optional: orange food coloring or orange zest
Instructions
- Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Stir constantly until mixture reaches a full rolling boil.
- Boil for 4–5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and immediately stir in white chocolate chips and marshmallow creme until smooth and fully melted.
- Stir in orange extract and food coloring or zest, if using.
- Pour mixture into prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
