Description

This Orange Creamsicle Fudge is a no-bake, nostalgic treat with a creamy texture and bright orange flavor, combining white chocolate, marshmallow creme, and orange extract for a smooth, refreshing dessert.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups (600g) granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 package white chocolate chips
  • 1 jar marshmallow creme (fluff)
  • 3 teaspoons pure orange extract
  • Optional: orange food coloring or orange zest

Instructions

  1. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Stir constantly until mixture reaches a full rolling boil.
  3. Boil for 4–5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and immediately stir in white chocolate chips and marshmallow creme until smooth and fully melted.
  5. Stir in orange extract and food coloring or zest, if using.
  6. Pour mixture into prepared dish and spread evenly.
  7. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
