Ingredients

  • 1 box fudgy brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Eggs, as required on the brownie mix package
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1012 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a round pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions, substituting melted butter for oil if allowed.
  3. Spread brownie batter into a round shape on the pan, slightly thicker at the edges like a pizza crust.
  4. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or as directed on the brownie mix, until the center is just set.
  5. Allow the brownie base to cool completely before adding the topping.
  6. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
  7. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until fluffy and well combined.
  8. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled brownie base.
  9. Top with chopped Oreo cookies, gently pressing them in so they stick.
  10. Slice like a pizza and serve.
