Description
This Oreo Fudge Brownie Pizza combines a rich fudgy brownie base with a creamy cheesecake-style topping and loads of chopped Oreos. Easy to make using a boxed mix, it’s a fun, indulgent dessert perfect for parties or casual gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 box fudgy brownie mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Eggs, as required on the brownie mix package
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10–12 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a round pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions, substituting melted butter for oil if allowed.
- Spread brownie batter into a round shape on the pan, slightly thicker at the edges like a pizza crust.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, or as directed on the brownie mix, until the center is just set.
- Allow the brownie base to cool completely before adding the topping.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until fluffy and well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled brownie base.
- Top with chopped Oreo cookies, gently pressing them in so they stick.
- Slice like a pizza and serve.
Notes
- Let the brownie base cool completely before adding topping to prevent melting.
- Use flavored Oreos for fun variations like mint or peanut butter.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- Do not microwave the topped brownie; let it sit at room temperature if needed.
