Ingredients
- 4 medium yellow potatoes, scrubbed and sliced into thin rounds

Instructions

- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they do not overlap.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the slices.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through cooking.
- Continue baking until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
