Description

A creamy, cozy smoothie that combines pumpkin puree, peanut butter, banana, and warm spices for a fall-inspired drink that’s both indulgent and nourishing.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana (preferably frozen)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add pumpkin puree and frozen banana to a blender.
  2. Scoop in peanut butter and pour in almond milk.
  3. Drizzle in honey or maple syrup.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Add ice cubes if desired for a colder, thicker smoothie.
  6. Blend until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  8. Pour into glasses and serve immediately or chill for up to 1 hour.

Notes

  • Use maple syrup instead of honey for a vegan option.
  • Add cocoa powder for a chocolate twist.
  • Boost nutrition with chia seeds, flaxseed, or protein powder.
  • Frozen banana gives the creamiest texture.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge up to 24 hours in a sealed jar.
